      Each Harry Kotlar ring and band comes in a standard size of 6.

      Custom ring and band sizes may be requested by clicking the Customize option on its corresponding product page.

      After requesting a custom size on the order form, the item will be reserved for you.

      Harry Kotlar’s master craftsmen will evaluate whether the ring or band can be customized to your size. A member of Kotlar’s Expert Concierge will contact you within one business day to confirm the availability of your requested size.

      If the ring cannot be custom-sized, the Expert Concierge will provide the option of making a Special Orders. A Special Order involves manufacturing a new ring in your size.

      Payment will be due once confirmation is given by our Concierge.

    • Special Orders

      Special Orders may be made by contacting our Concierge.

      Special Orders include special-sized items and the creation of unique pieces. Our master craftsmen will work with you to realize your desired Harry Kotlar piece. Services also include stone resetting or combining an element from one collection with an element from another collection.

      Harry Kotlar’s master craftsmen will evaluate the request before proceeding with design and production. A member of Kotlar’s expert Concierge will contact you to confirm the feasibility of your desired piece.

    • Custom engraving

      The inner shank of all Harry Kotlar rings and bands can be engraved with up to ten characters (including spaces).

      Custom ring and band engraving may be requested by clicking on the Customize option in its respective product page.

      Some items may not be pictured in-scale with other pieces. Product images may be enlarged to emphasize certain qualities and features, or made smaller to reveal the whole item.

  • Shipping and store pick-ups
    • Shipping methods

      For US orders, individual items that cost below $185,000 will be shipped via FedEx Overnight. Delivery of items that cost over $185,000 will be arranged by our Concierge.

      For international orders, individual item that cost below $100,000 will be shipped via FedEx International Priority. Delivery of items that cost over $100,000 will be arranged by our Concierge.

      Note: Individual items that cost over $185,000 may also be claimed via the Kotlar Luxury Viewing Program, or the Kotlar Luxury Experience (select territories).

    • Shipping timetables

      Finished items are shipped within two (2) business days of placement of order.

      Custom-sized and engraved items are shipped within seven (7) business days of order confirmation.

      Special orders are usually shipped 4 to 10 weeks after confirmation of order. This time may vary based on design and intricacy.

      Note: Requests for custom sizing need to be cleared by our master craftsmen before production. For more information on custom sizes, see Custom sizes.

    • Shipping and billing addresses

      For US orders that cost $185,000 and up, the customer must arrange and finalize shipping details with our Concierge.

      For International orders that cost $100,000 and up, the customer must arrange and finalize shipping details with our Concierge.

      Note: Individual items that cost over $185,000 may also be claimed via the Kotlar Luxury Viewing Program, or the Kotlar Luxury Experience (select territories).

      Note: Orders that cost $25,000 and up must be paid for by wire transfer. For more information, see Payment Methods.

    • Store pick-ups

      Individual items that cost $185,000 and up may be claimed from one of our retail partners. During the order process, you will have the option to arrange a store pick-up instead of having the item shipped to your location.

      The specific store will be determined using your zip code and billing address. This store will be automatically assigned during order check-out.

      You may claim your order in the store within two (2) business days.

      Note: Individual items that cost $185,000 and up may also be claimed via the Kotlar Luxury Viewing Program, or the Kotlar Luxury Experience (select territories).

  • Payments
    • Payment methods

      Orders may be paid using the following methods:

      When ordering and paying via wire transfer, the items will be reserved for you until funds have been sent. You will have up to 48 hours to transfer funds. This reservation period may be adjusted in the order form.

      The available payment method(s) in your shopping cart will be automatically updated based on your order’s current total.

      • Items with engraving will be charged once order is placed.
      • Custom pieces will be charged once confirmation is provided by our Concierge. The item will be reserved for you until the Kotlar Concierge contacts you.

      You will have up to 48 hours to transfer funds. During this time, the item will be reserved for you. Once the payment clears, the Kotlar Concierge will notify you via email.

  • The Kotlar Luxury Experience
    • Overview

      The highest mark of opulence. An exclusive privilege for our most valued clients. The Kotlar Luxury Experience is a lavish trip package given to qualifying clients who prefer to claim their Kotlar Jewelry pieces in person in a secure site in Hong Kong.

      If the client chooses to avail of the Kotlar Luxury Experience option, Harry Kotlar will fly the client (and up to one [1] companion) to Hong Kong and provide luxury accommodations.

      Note: A minimum order of $50,000 is required to qualify for the Kotlar Luxury Experience. For more information, see Eligibility.

      Airfare, accommodations, and trip itinerary is subject to our airline partner’s booking schedules and availability. For more information, see Airfare and accommodations and Organizing your trip.

    • Airfare and accommodations

      Your Kotlar Luxury Experience is subject to airline and hotel availability, and other schedules. The schedule will be confirmed and finalized by the Kotlar Concierge.

    • Eligibility

      Orders that cost $50,000 and above may be claimed through the Kotlar Luxury Experience.

      The Kotlar Luxury Experience is currently offered to the following markets:

    • Organizing your trip

      Once the minimum required order total has been reached, the Kotlar Luxury Experience option will automatically appear in addition to any applicable shipping and pick-up methods.

      Note: Actual date of the trip will be subject to our airline and hotel partner’s availability, and other schedules. This date will be confirmed by our Concierge.

  • The Luxury Viewing Experience
    • If you would like to view our pieces before committing to purchase, you may take advantage of our complimentary Luxury Viewing Experience instead. Simply contact Kotlar Concierge to an exclusive Hong Kong visit in a secure viewing venue. This viewing is commitment-free.

      Note: The Luxury Viewing Experience is available in Hong Kong only. The customer will shoulder all travel expenses, including accommodations and airfare. The minimum amount of the piece to be viewed should be $50,000 or more.

      If you choose to purchase the item, payment must be wired to Harry Kotlar that same day. Once payment clears, you may pick up the item at the same viewing venue. Harry Kotlar will also provide a complimentary two-night suite package at a five-star hotel in Hong Kong for a future date. Our Concierge will arrange this package with you. This gift is not convertible to cash or any other discount.

      As mentioned above, this viewing is commitment-free. If you decide not to purchase the item, simply inform our representative at the time viewing.

    • Certification and color range

      All Kotlar Cushion diamonds are accompanied by an AGS Laboratory (American Gem Society Laboratory) Certificate that evaluates your overall diamond quality. The AGS uses a unique numerical grading system to quantify diamond color, clarity, and cut. Each number corresponds to a grade on the GIA's (Gemological Institute of America) internationally accepted diamond grading scale. AGS Laboratory Certificates are only included with the purchase of a Kotlar Cushion stone greater than .70 ct. In addition to AGS Laboratory certifications, each Kotlar Cushion diamond is inscribed with the AGS Laboratory Certificate number and the Kotlar Cushion logo.

      Kotlar Cushions range in color from D to K. Clarity ranges from internally flawless to S12, and sizes from 70 points up to 20 carats.

    • Maintaining your Harry Kotlar Jewelry

      To keep your jewelry and precious stones in the best condition, Harry Kotlar recommends that they be inspected, cleaned, and maintained once a year by a certified Harry Kotlar master craftsman.

  • Returns, Refunds, and Trade-Ins

      • Non-customized items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of the said item.

      Note: The seven-day return eligibility starts once order is received, not after order is placed online.

      Items that are NOT eligible for refunds:

      • Customized items, including engraved and custom-sized items, are not eligible for refunds.
      • International (non-US) orders, unless claimed via the Kotlar Luxury Viewing Experience.

    • How to return items

      Important: Before sending item back to Harry Kotlar, determine if it is eligible for a refund by reading Returns and refunds eligibility.

      If your item is eligible to be returned, follow the process below:

      1. Pack the item securely. Use as much of the original packing material as possible.

      2. Send the package to the address below using a courier with tracking number and insurance. We suggest using FedEx or UPS. For items that more than $185,000, please call our concierge to arrange the best shipping option.

    • Restocking fees for returned items

      Only items purchased in the United States may be returned. Returned items will be subject to a 1% restocking fee.

      Funds, minus restocking fee(s) will be refunded upon receipt, inspection, and acceptance of item(s).

      Harry Kotlar reserves the right to refuse returned items based on the items’ condition. The company will not be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipment.

    • Lifetime trade-up

      Harry Kotlar offers a Lifetime trade-up plan that allows Kotlar clients to trade previously-purchased Harry Kotlar jewelry for new Harry Kotlar pieces. The price of the first piece will be applied towards the purchase of a new item.

      Purchase price of the new item of jewelry must be 50% more than the final price paid on the original item. Any jewelry that has been altered or repaired by a third party craftsman is not eligible for trade-up
